SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping Services:
All items from our range are sent by DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS and other companies from our Manufacturing Unit/Wearhouse. After shipping the package, you will receive a shipping confirmation by your order e-mail with the tracking ID.
Delivery Time:
- Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt by us.
- We’re only doing Ground Shipping takes 1-8 business days on average.
- Orders requesting 3-Day, 2-Day – Sundays excluded.

- TEN GLOVES is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters or due to high volume shipping.
Shipping Cost:
We offer free shipping for order over 150 EUR. The shipping cost varies country by country and so also the delivery time. But we can assure that all our orders rely on Flat Rate.
International Shipping:
- Ten Gloves does not currently ship to addresses outside the U.S. and Canada.
